How do I use credit card in PayPal?

How do I use credit card in PayPal? 
If I don't have a PayPal account.  How do I pay?

  1. Select your shopping cart and click "Buy Now". Fill in your shipping information and click "Complete Order".
  2.  In the pop-up window, click the location in the following image.

3. Select your bank country.

4. Now you can pay by credit card.
